Test the best of the west at the Western Australia Day tasting, London, 14 June

It’s Western Australia Day this month and, once again, the Government of Western Australia’s London office has organised a tasting at the High Commission in conjunction with The Britain-Australia Society.

The event takes place on the evening of Thursday 14 June and is open to everyone (aged 18+!). Tickets cost £25 – very reasonable given the preponderance of top notch wines from the region.

I’m told that the line up includes: Arlewood, Harewood, Cullen, Ferngrove, Fraser Gallop, Hamelin Bay, Hay Shed Hill, Kerrigan and Berry, Howard Park, Leeuwin, McHenry Hohnen, Moss Wood, Omrah, Plan B, Paul Conti, Peel Estate, Piero, Sandalford, Stella Bella, Voyager, Westcape Howe, Xanadu, Somerset Hill Wines, and Laurance Wines.
