Just as I was given a free hand vis a vis the producers/wines for Bar Douro London Bridge’s ‘in conversation’ wine dinners, I’ve been given a free hand (within budget!) to collate Bar Douro Wine Club cases, which retail for £120 inc. delivery.  Going back, if you like, to my Oddbins’ roots, my selection includes exclusive parcels of small batch wines, fresh to these shores, some of which have already featured on my website.  Improbably located on Faial island, Rodolfo Silva’s daring project is as cutting edge as it comes and I am thrilled to offers the wine club members a chance to taste Adega do Vulcão Ameixâmbar 2018 – one of my top finds from Simplesmente Vinho 2020!
